STS offers a 24x7x365 Technical Support Group / Help desk with live people to answer your call any time of the day. This is part of any standard warranty package, and is available to all clients during your warranty period.

Technical Support Group:

In most cases STS will honor a lifetime workmanship warranty, however some cases will not apply, especially in the event that STS is required to utilize existing infrastructure, wiring or other equipment, or as otherwise indicated that it's not included in your contract with STS. Lifetime workmanship is a limited liability warranty indicating that the work will be free from defects not inherent in the quality required or permitted, and that the work will conform to the requirements of the Contract, and in the condition as accepted at the final project acceptance. This warranty encompasses workmanship issues only and is subject to the terms and conditions as outlined in the contract documents. In the event no contract documents are associated with a project, then the terms and conditions are in accordance to the AIA Document A201-199
